1. General

How can I reach your customer service team?

It’s easy. Simply call us on 0114 349 3700 or use Brand ‘n’ Deliver’s live chat within office hours 9am-5:30 GMT. If outside of office hours email us at info@brandndeliver.co.uk and a customer services team member will get in touch to help as soon as possible.

What is Brand ‘n’ Deliver?

Brand ‘n’ Deliver is a frictionless promotional products ordering platform. We specialise in low prices on high quality products and provide the easiest way to order promotional gifts. For more information go to Brand ‘n’ Deliver’s About Us page.

Can I use the website on my mobile?

Yes. Every aspect of the website is responsive meaning it will work on all desktop and mobile platforms. For ease of use however, we would recommend you use the product customisation tool (Customised by You) on a desktop computer.

How do I open an account?

Opening an account couldn’t be easier; simply click on the button marked “My Account” at the top of the screen and click on “Create An Account”. Fill in your details and you are ready to go. Once created you can:
  • Change your details (including reset/change your password)
  • Manage your logos from your Logo Gallery
  • View order/invoice history
  • Re-order
  • View draft artwork
  • See your personalised Brand Hub & Inspirational Snapshot
  • Order in a few clicks
To reorder, navigate to ‘My Orders’ within ‘My Account’. From here you can reorder or further customise previous order. If for any reason your previously ordered product is not available or out of stock we will recommend an alternative.


2. Ordering and payment:


What do I do if I have problems with an order/refunds/returns?

If you have a problem with an order or you require information on the refund or returns process, please go to Brand ‘n’ Deliver’s Help Centre.

What payment methods do you offer and how secure are my details?

We accept all major forms of credit/debit card alongside PayPal for order payment. For your security all payments are processed by SagePay and as such, your details are not handled or stored by Brand ‘n’ Deliver.

As with any online ordering process, payment is required at the point of order, however government bodies, NHS departments and Universities may apply for a credit account and subject to approval will have the option to pay via invoice/purchase order number.

Can I check out as a guest?

You can check out as a guest if you’re ordering text only designs. However you must sign up for an account for further embellishment.

What is your pricing policy?

All prices shown on Brand ‘n’ Deliver do not include VAT, delivery or set-up charges. These will be added at the checkout.

What are set-up costs?

A setup is the cost associated with the creation of a die, plate, screen, or other fixture that is used in our machines to print your logo on your desired item. Since each item has a unique imprint area, and imprint methods vary from item to item, it’s necessary to create fixtures for imprints every time you order an item for the first time. Each new fixture requires another setup fee.

What are your business hours?

Brand ‘n’ Deliver will accept orders 24/7 however, office hours for artwork or Live Help are between 9am - 5:30pm, Monday - Friday. Similarly, orders cannot be processed beyond 5:30pm Monday - Friday - orders placed after this time will begin to be handled when office hours resume (Monday - Friday 9am-5:30pm).


3. Delivery


How long will my delivery take? Every order from Brand ‘n’ Deliver will be shipped on a ‘Next Day Service’ post production. However, the complete turnaround time from placing an order through to the delivery of the order will depend on the products included as the lead time varies from product to product. When an order is placed, Brand ‘n’ Deliver publishes an expected delivery date.

Can my order be delivered to multiple addresses?

As long as all the products in your basket are being shipped from the same warehouse, you can split your delivery to multiple addresses (up to 4). Simply click ‘Checkout’ and enter a billing address, and click the ‘MULTIPLE DELIVERY ADDRESSES’ link when entering a delivery address.

Do you deliver to my country?

We deliver to the UK mainland only excluding the Scottish Highlands. Unfortunately we are unable to deliver outside this area. For issues regarding your delivery please go to the Help Centre.


4. Artwork and design


What is an SVG logo and why do I need one?

An SVG file format is vector and high quality. In order to display your logo with clarity and allow you to create a design yourself and be assured of highly professional results, Brand ‘n’ Deliver’s advanced Customiser Tool needs high quality artwork. SVG formats allow you total flexibility to manipulate your logo and change colours to individual elements.

I don’t have an SVG logo, can I still use Brand ‘n’ Deliver?

If you don’t have an SVG file format for your logo, don’t worry, simply upload whatever file format you do have and Brand ‘n’ Deliver’s Pro Designers will convert your file and upload it for you free of charge. It may take a few minutes, however it’s worth the wait to achieve 100% professional results.

Logo colour matching & advanced design options:

Brand ‘n’ Deliver’s system will match your logo’s colours as accurately as possible however we give the option to specify exact professional colour references by simply clicking ‘Add Colour References’ when using the Customising Tool.

I don’t have a logo, can I just add text?

Yes. Select ‘Just Add Text’ in the print specifications drop down on the product product page.

What logo formats can I upload?

We support the following file types for logo upload: .EPS, .SVG and .AI. If you do not have your logo in this format but have it in one of the following formats we offer a free conversion service: JPG, JPEG, PNG, PSD, BNP.

Why are you using my logo on all your products?

Brand ‘n’ Deliver offers a unique service for account holders. It automatically creates a personalised ‘Brand Hub’ where every product on the site appears in your brand colour with your logo. This personalisation is visible only to your account and as such, only you will see the products personalised with your branding.

How can I add/alter/delete my logos?

You can manage, add and delete logos from your ‘Logo Gallery’ under ‘My Account’. You can also upload or swap logos from any product page.

My logo isn't displaying correctly, what should I do?

On the rare occasion a logo is not displaying correctly or will not load, please get in touch with Brand 'n' Deliver's Help Centre (via the link in the footer of the page), or contact Brand 'n' Deliver's Logo Support team directly on 0114 349 3700 or info@brandndeliver.co.uk. A member of the team will be able to help you or may ask you to send the logo to them for inspection so that it can be corrected.


5. Product Information


How can I be certain Brand ‘n’ Deliver’s products are of the highest quality?

All of Brand ‘n’ Delivers products are sourced exclusively by selected and trusted suppliers based in Europe and thus comply with applicable EU quality and safety regulations. A declaration of conformity is available for all products upon request. Further information regarding product and print specifications can be found on the product pages.

I don’t see what I’m looking for, can you help?

In the event you can’t find a product you need or you require a bespoke product, please contact customer services via info@brandndeliver.co.uk or 0114 349 3700.

Stock & Restocking

Due to the unpredictable nature of the promotional products market and seasonality, we cannot guarantee that products will remain stocked at all times. If for any reason a product you require is out of stock please contact customer services who will be able to recommend a replacement or provide an estimated time of restocking.


6. Samples


Can I have a sample?

Yes you can order a sample of any product. Go to the product page, click ‘I need a sample’ and follow the instructions however samples are always provided as plain stock and will not feature your logo.

Do you ever provide pre-production samples?

If in the opinion of our customisation experts, there are possible colour discrepancies or imprint issues, a member of the Brand ‘n’ Deliver customisation team will contact you after the order is placed and discuss the best way to produce a pre-production sample for you to approve and advise how this may or may not affect the lead time. In the same way, large orders may necessitate pre-production samples for reassurance.
